Weekly membership
Enter your real active and new member counts for each week. These are the source of truth — they override the snapshot estimates. Cancellations are derived automatically from the change between consecutive weeks (prev. active + new − current active). Leave a week blank to fall back to snapshot interpolation.

Membership snapshots
Enter your active member count on specific dates. The system interpolates between data points for all weeks — no need to fill in every week manually. Start with your earliest known count and today's count as a minimum.
Monthly new members
How many new members joined each month. Combined with the snapshots above, this lets the system derive cancellations and compute a stable trailing 90-day churn rate. (Optional — you can enter new members per week above instead.)
In-store revenue
Counter & in-store card payments collected during a month. Added on top of Stripe digital revenue when calculating totals. Entered as a monthly lump sum and can be added retroactively.
Monthly targets
Pick a month, set your goals, save. When that month is in view on the dashboard, hero and metric cards show progress bars toward these targets. The grey hint on each card is the most recent completed month's actual — a reference for setting realistic goals.

Import data
Your single data path. Each month, export the full month from Acuity and Stripe and drop both here — the system segments everything into weeks and days automatically, so monthly, weekly and daily views all stay precise and aligned. Works for any period: one month, several months, or the full history. Re-importing a period overwrites it cleanly. Enter membership counts in the Membership tab and in-store revenue below.
